I provide a full specification for every key element of the interior, ensuring nothing is left to chance. From larger furniture pieces through to the finishing details, each item is carefully selected to support both the overall look and the practical demands of a holiday let.

This includes sofas, beds, dining furniture and storage, along with curtains, cushions, throws and rugs that add warmth and texture. I also specify artwork, mirrors and decorative accessories that give the space personality without overwhelming it. Every choice is considered in relation to durability, comfort and how the property will photograph.

If you’d prefer, I can also manage the sourcing and procurement on your behalf. Through my trade suppliers, you benefit from access to quality products and, where available, favourable trade pricing. I handle ordering, deliveries and coordination, removing the stress and saving you time.

From Concept to Installation

I manage the design process from the first idea through to the final styling, giving you clarity and confidence at every stage.

It begins with understanding your property, your target guests and your booking goals. I develop a clear design concept, including mood boards, colour palettes and layout plans, so you can see the direction before any decisions are finalised. I move into detailed specification, sourcing furniture, finishes, lighting and accessories that align with both the aesthetic and the practical demands of a holiday let.

Installation and styling can be carried out in person, depending on the project location. For properties further afield, I also regularly manage the process virtually, providing clear specifications and guidance to ensure everything is implemented smoothly on site. I have successfully delivered many projects in this way.
