Gold Interior Design Package FAQs

  • 1. What does the Golden package include?

    The Platinum package is our most comprehensive service, including face-to-face consultations, sample box with swatches, 3D renders, a VR walkthrough, lighting plans, carpentry drawings, a site visit and full installation support.

  • 2. Is this service delivered in-person or virtually?

    The Golden package is completely virtual, with all deliverables provided digitally.

  • 3. Will I get a design rationale report?

    Yes, you’ll receive a detailed report explaining the design decisions so you feel confident with the project steps.

  • 4. Can I request videos of the design?

    Yes, for an additional fee, you can receive up to four 4K quality videos showcasing the proposed design.

  • 5. Is ongoing support available?

    Yes, ongoing support via WhatsApp is included (subject to terms and conditions).

  • 6. Does the Gold package include an in-person home visit?

    Except for the measuring appointment, site visits aren’t included on this package, but can be charged as an extra at our hourly rate.

  • 7. Will you help me style the space with accessories?

    Styling (accessorising) isn’t included as standard with the Gold package, but we can add that on with our separate styling service.

  • 8. Will I benefit from trade discounts?

    Absolutely, we utilise trade accounts and suppliers with trade discounts which you will have access to.
