Diamond Interior Design Package FAQs

  • 1. What’s included in the Diamond package?

    The Platinum package is our most comprehensive service, including face-to-face consultations, sample box with swatches, 3D renders, a VR walkthrough, lighting plans, carpentry drawings, a site visit and full installation support.

  • 2. How does the design presentation work?

    You receive a face-to-face presentation of the full design, with 1 opportunity for tweaks so the final result matches your vision.

  • 3. Can I add visualisation videos to my package?

    Yes — for an additional fee, you can receive up to four 4K quality videos to help visualise the design in your space.

  • 4. Do I get ongoing support?

    Yes, ongoing communication and support via WhatsApp is included throughout the design process.

  • 5. Does the Diamond package include an in-person home visit?

    An additional site visit/s isn’t included on this package, but can be charged as an extra at our hourly rate.

  • 6. Will you help me style the space with accessories?

    Styling (accessorising)  isn’t included as standard with the Diamond package, but we can add that on with our separate styling service.

  • 7: Will I benefit from trade discounts?

    Absolutely, we utilise trade accounts and suppliers with trade discounts which you will have access to.
