Platinum Interior Design Package FAQs

  • 1. What makes the Platinum package different from other design packages?

    The Platinum package is our most comprehensive service, including face-to-face consultations, sample box with swatches, 3D renders, a VR walkthrough, lighting plans, carpentry drawings, a site visit and full installation support.

  • 2. Does the Platinum package include an in-person home visit?

    I have a list of trusted tradespeople who I recommend for projects, these people have done lots of work for me and previous clients. This includes carpenters, plumbers, electricians, curtain makers and more!

  • 3. Will I receive technical plans with this package?

    I will send you a PDF quote in a few days, this will contain details of all my services as well as what service I recommend for you.  If you wish to go ahead, T&Cs will be sent and a deposit requested. Once this has been received, the work will be confirmed in my diary.

  • 4. Can I see my design before implementation?

    Absolutely - you’ll get 3D rendered visuals and a VR experience to explore your space before installation.

  • 5. Is installation support included?

    Yes — the Platinum package includes accessory sourcing, installation help, and hand-over day support once building work is complete

  • 6. Do I get online support?

    Yes, ongoing communication and support via WhatsApp is included throughout the design process.

  • 7. Can I tweak the design?

    Yes you get 1 set of free revisions.

  • 8. Can I add visualisation videos to my package?

    Yes for an additional fee, you can receive up to four 4K quality videos to help visualise the design in your space.

  • 9: Will I benefit from trade discounts?

    Absolutely, we utilise trade accounts and suppliers with trade discounts which you will have access to.
